Supermodel turned actress Amber Valletta has entered rehab for "work stress, image issues" and nonsubstance-related addiction, according to a close source.
The stunning blond - who had eye-catching roles in "Hitch" and "Transporter 2" - is being treated at the Meadows in Wickenburg, Ariz.
Valletta was admitted last week and is expected to be released today.
Reps for her New York agency, DNA Models, as well as her Los Angeles talent firm, ICM, did not respond to multiple detailed requests for comment over three days.
