Eddie Murphy to tie the knot with Mel B?

Eddie Murphy is reportedly tying the knot with former Spice Girl Mel B this coming September. The "dream wedding" is scheduled to be held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, California.

This will be the second wedding both for Murphy, 45, and Mel 31. Murphy has five children with former wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy whom he divorced last May after 12 years of marriage.

Mel, who is known as Scary Spice during her time with the Spice Girls was married to dancer Jimmy Gulzar. They were wedded in 1998 but divorced 3 years later.

Sources close to the couple told Britain's Daily Star that Murphy and Mel met at a party in Beverly Hills in June but they have been inseparable since.

A source adds, "Mel just wants her and Eddie's close family to be there for the simple blessing. But they will be inviting their friends to a lavish wedding breakfast reception at the venue afterwards."

It was reported that the "Shrek" star and the singer wanted an intimate ceremony attended by just close family and friends. But the guest list already include powerhouse names including Whitney Houston and British actor Max Beesley.
