John Michael Montgomery was arrested Thursday in Lexington, Kentucky, and charged with D.U.I. and possession of a controlled substance. A police spokesperson says the controlled substance was Endocet, a painkiller.
In addition, Montgomery was charged with two counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, disregarding a traffic control device and improper turning.

Its amazing how happy he looks despite having so many counts against him. John Michael’s Compilation was awesome... i hope its able to pay for an excellent lawyer... because he's not big name enough to get out of trouble on name alone.
