It just bugs me to no end...

The man in Florida who killed poor little Jessica Lunsford will rot in hell. It's digusting how he's had 23 criminal offenses (and probably gotten away with more) and yet he's allowed to roam free and continue his crimes. Like Jessica's father stated, "be a man", and face your consequences. We need stiffer sentences for these type of crimes - none of this 1-5 years of prison time (if that - they usually get out early for good behavior or lying that they've 'changed').
